XPcoldBoot()
  Just like pressing the reset button..

   Function:   XPcoldBoot()

               XPcoldBoot() will simulate Resetting your PC.
               After calling it, your computer will restart as
               when resetting. Note the contrast with XPwarmBoot()..

   Syntax:     XPcoldBoot()

   Arguments:  None, or would you pass an argument to your
               StartUp code?

   Returns:    It will never return, so who cares?

   Usage:      close databases   //safer..
               ? "Bye bye.."
               XPcoldBoot()
               ? "Snif.. they'll never see me!"
